  • You can go from research insight to wireframe to polished UI without needing a handoff at every step.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means designing for problems that aren't fully defined yet.
  • You understand systems. You build components, patterns, and guidelines — not just one-off pages.
  • You take privacy and security seriously. We handle sensitive communication data. Everyone here is expected to think about data protection, not just the security team.

  • You communicate directly. Low ego, high clarity. Say what you mean.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means the answer isn't always obvious. You figure it out.
  • You don't need managing. You see what needs doing and you do it.

  • You collaborate without creating overhead. Work with engineers, share context, iterate fast. But don't schedule meetings about meetings.

We look at your work and how you think. Every applicant answers one question: pick one screen in rememberr and redesign it. Show us your thinking, not just the output.

30-minute video call

A casual conversation about what you're looking for, what we're building, and whether there's a mutual fit.

Design review

45 minutes, walk us through your work

Pick two or three projects you're proud of. Walk us through the problem, the process, and the decisions. We care about the why as much as the what.

Paid workday

Paid, remote

You'll work on a real design problem for a day. We'll pay you for your time. It's the best way for both sides to see what working together actually feels like.
