Product Manager

Shape a product that stays invisible until it matters. Define what we build, what we don't, and make sure every feature earns its place.

What we look for

  • You've shipped product in a startup where you had to figure things out, not just manage a backlog.
  • You think in outcomes, not features. You ask 'what changes for the user?' before 'what do we build?'
  • You can talk to customers, synthesise what you hear, and turn it into clear priorities.
  • You have strong opinions about simplicity and know when to say no to a feature.
  • You're comfortable with data but don't hide behind it. You trust your judgment when the numbers aren't clear.
  • You write well. Clear thinking starts with clear writing.
  • You take privacy and security seriously. We handle sensitive communication data. Everyone here is expected to think about data protection, not just the security team.

Culture fit

  • You communicate directly. Low ego, high clarity. Say what you mean.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage means the answer isn't always obvious. You figure it out.
  • You don't need managing. You see what needs doing and you do it.
  • You care about the problem, not just the craft. The tech matters, but only because the outcome matters more.
  • You collaborate without creating overhead. Work together, share context, help each other. But don't schedule meetings about meetings.

We're not actively hiring, but we'd love to hear from you.
